Comparison of the Effect of Communication Skills training Using Virtual and Workshop on Social Phobia in Students of Mashhad Nursing and Midwifery Faculty
Design
The clinical trial group was divided into three groups: control group, communication skills training, virtual and virtual workshop, which were randomly assigned to these three groups according to the random numbers table. Sample size includes 30 students in Mashhad Nursing and Midwifery Faculty.

Major eligibility criteria for participants: Lack of experience in communication skills training courses, Earn at least 30 scores from the Social Phobia Conor Questionnaire, Knowing the computer and the internet At the preparatory level Major criteria for no eligibility: Failure to follow up virtual training more than once, Unwillingness to continue participating in the study, Absence in workshop Sessiones
Intervention groups
Workshop method: Communication skills training was held during two 5-hour and day-to-day sessions
Virtual method: Communication skills training was held through a distance education system in 6 steps, during two days and on a day-to-day basis.
