Determining the Impact of Life Skills Training on Prevention of Domestic Violence in High School Students in the Schools of Alborz Province in 12016-2017.

A randomized, controlled clinical trial
Settings and conduct
In this study, the research community will form the junior high school students who will be studying in schools located in Karaj. After selecting samples, they will receive written consent for participation in the research and will be divided into two groups of intervention and control (40 in each group), and the samples were allocated in two groups of intervention and control. Then, for six weeks and every week, two sessions of 1.5 hours (totaling 12 sessions) of life skills were taught.
In order to teach life skills, the book of children's life skills for children of the welfare organization were used and after the completion of the life skills classes, a test was conducted about domestic violence.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criterion in research:
Students participating in the study are studying at the first-grade secondary schools of the province of Alborz.
Students who have been studied have the full consent to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria:
Students are diagnosed with mild to severe psychiatric disorders that have psychiatric approvals.
Students unable to participate in the study due to physical and chronic illnesses.

Description
