The aim of this study is to study of social work intervention with satir communication family therapy approach effectiveness on healing codependency of substance abuser's. This study is a randomized clinical trial with control group and will be implemented as a pre-test,post-test and follow up(3 month). 62Client from drug abusers' family members, will be selected with convenient sampling from centers of treatment addiction of charity rebirth society in Tehran, and will be located randomly in two intervention and Control groups. Intervention will be held as family therapy sessions for intervention group based on Satir communicationy approach in 7 sessions of 60-90 minutes ,per week one sessions and control group will not receive intervention. Holyoake Codependency Index (HCI) will be completed in 3 steps, pretest, post test and follow up in two groups. The main outcome in this study is healing of co-dependency after the intervention and Continuity in 3 month follow up.

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having at least a drug abuser in family; Not Sabstanse abuser; willingness to participate in the study; willingness Other members of family to participate in family therapy session, Diagnosis co-dependency on the Base questionnaire (earn score of high co-dependency, 40-65). Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue the study; concomitant use of other family interventions and other interventions for treatment codependency; participate in less than two-thirds of family therapy.
