The research is a semi-experimental two-groups study (before and after), performed through random sampling in 2016, on 84 nurses working in Kamali Hospital of Karadj. Data were gathered through demographic and Technology Informatics Guiding Education Reform (TIGER) questionnaires, being measured before and 4 weeks after the intervention. Group members were including the hospital’s informatics expert, nursing informatics liaison, and nurses. First, all control and intervention group nurses were evaluated through TIGER questionnaire. Then, intervention group were trained by nursing informatics liaison for nursing informatics’ principles including basic computer literacy, clinical data management and informatics literacy.
