The experimental intervention study among the employees in the Education city Qom certified and have at least one year of driving is done. For this purpose, two groups of 45 randomly one another as a witness and as elected And coordination work done by the chairman of the Education city collects data from both groups will begin. Diagnostic evaluation and training program based on the structural model relying onfear to motivate safe behavior and enhance motivation for CD and pamfelet for case group. And two sessions of 60 minutes each with an interval of one month will be held for them. The meeting discussed this experimental interventional study among the employees in the Education city Qom certified and has done at least one year of driving. For this purpose, randomly divided in two 45 groups, one as a control and the other case. Two sessions of 60 minutes each with an interval of one month will be held for them. The meeting of group discussion and questions and answers about safe behaviors and complications of unsafe behaviors will be done. After two month of time collecting basic information, the questionnaire will be placed at their disposal. Data will be analyzed using spss software.

Inclusion criteria: age between 19 to 60 years old; driving a car on a regular basis from a year before the time of the study; having a driver's license. Exclusion criteria: people who on average per day, less than 3 hours drive; people who suffer diseases such as epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, kidney disease, respiratory disease, impaired vision, difficulty seeing at night, impairment and deafness and people who for whatever reason not to attend any training sessions.
