Settings and conduct
In this study, two randomly selected schools will be selected by non-random sampling method from second-level schools, which will be necessary for the implementation of the program, and then the two schools will be divided into two groups of test and control by drawing method and 60 Students will be selected. The intervention group will be placed in the classroom environment for four weeks in four class sessions after obtaining parental consent and performing a pre-test. An educational program based on participatory learning in the intervention group, including awareness of addiction (consequences and effects of physical, psychological, social, and economic), effective communication skills and non-communicative skills will be implemented. The lecture method is also used for the control group
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
High School Girl Student.
Do not have a history of drug abuse prevention training.
Intervention groups
The intervention group will be in the classroom for four weeks in four 90-minute sessions. An educational program based on cooperative learning, including awareness of addiction (consequences and effects of physical, psychological, social, and economic), effective communication skills and non-communicative skills will be implemented.
The lecture method is also used for the control group.
