Design

It is an intervention type study in which the number of samples are divided into two control and intervention groups based on simple randomization and using Randomize Allocation software.
The study is conducted in two parallel groups without blinding. There is no trial phase in this study.

Settings and conduct

Emergency Department of Al-Zahra Medical Education Center (S) affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, which is the largest educational, specialized and sub-specialized emergency department of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The number of nurses working in the emergency department is 120. The types of admitted patients include internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery and other fields.. There is no blinding.

Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Willingness to attend, having a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher, at least 6 months of work experience in the emergency department of Al-Zahra Hospital.

Intervention groups

We have two study groups:
1: Control group (control): for this group, only questionnaires are completed between 0 and 1 (one month later).
2: Intervention group (examination): First, the research questionnaires are completed. Then, 90-minute educational classes with booklets and scenarios are distributed to them, and one month later and two months later, the questionnaires are completed again.
