Randomization (investigator's opinion)
Randomized
Randomization description
simple randomization In order to maintain a transparent and scientific-based randomization process, simple randomization will be used in assigning participants (nurses) to intervention (education program) and control groups, assuming that each participant has an equal chance of being assigned to any group. The simple randomization procedure would involve choosing a letter from a sealed envelope that contains two letters; A and B (A would be in the intervention group and B would be in the control group). Indeed, two groups will be allocated randomly.
Blinding (investigator's opinion)
Single blinded
