This study aimed to compare the efficacy of oral dextrose and the use of fetal pain caused by arterial blood sampling in preterm infants done.Inclusion criteria require arterial blood sampling, gestational age between 32 and 37 weeks, the absence of Syfksy (PH 7.2 and Apgar score 5 minutes after birth, the umbilical cord following hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy 7 and associated symptoms), no use of drugs, benzodiazepines and phenobarbital 24 hours before, and exclusion criteria addicted mothers, infants with necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) step 3.2, the ban on eating through the mouth and if not considered at the discretion of the physician.The sample of infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit were selected. 120 infants with a dice after random assignment to one of three groups: oral dextrose, placement will be in the fetal position without interference. collect information in three primary (baby belay), case (arterial blood) and recovery (3 minutes after blood sampling) is done.Infant oral dextrose in 1 cc of dextrose 50% of its volume is 1 cc to 2 cc of sterile distilled water solution was to get two minutes before the procedure.The second group, the nurse placed his left hand on the head with his right hand tucked inside the lower extremities to the belly of the baby kept.Use the tool to assess pain in preterm infants in neonatal pain in different groups before and after the procedure will be determined.

این مطالعه با هدف مقايسه اثربخشي دکستروز خوراکي و به کارگيري وضعيت جنيني بر کاهش درد ناشي از خونگيري شرياني در نوزادان نارس بستري انجام می شود.معیارهای ورود به مطالعه نیاز به خونگیری شریانی، سن حاملگی32 تا 37 هفته، عدم وجود شرایط آسیفکسی(PH بند نافی زیر 7/2 و آپگار دقیقه 5 بعد از تولد زیر 7 و وجود علایم آنسفالوپاتی هیپوکسی ایسکمیک)، عدم استفاده از داروهای مخدر، بنزودیازپین ها و فنوباربیتال 24 ساعت قبل از مداخله، و معیارهای خروج از مطالعه نوزادان مادران معتاد، نوزادان با انتروکولیت نکروزان(NEC )مرحله3،2، ممنوعیت در خوردن از طریق دهان و در صورت عدم صلاحدید پزشک در نظر گرفته شد. نمونه مورد مطالعه از بین نوزادان بستری در بخش مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان انتخاب شدند. تعداد 120 نوزاد بعد از تخصیص تصادفی با پرتاب تاس در یکی از سه گروه دکستروز خوراکی، قرارگیری در وضعیت جنینی و بدون مداخله قرار خواهند گرفت. جمع آوری اطلاعات در سه مرحله¬ی ابتدایی(اماده کردن نوزاد)، مداخله(خونگیری شریانی) و بهبودی(3 دقیقه بعد از خونگیری) صورت می گیرد. در گروه دکستروز خوراکی نوزاد 1 سی سی از محلول دکستروز 50% که حجم آن با 1 سی سی محلول آب مقطر استریل به 2 سی سی رسیده است را دو دقیقه قبل از انجام پروسیجر دریافت می کند. در گروه دوم پرستار دوم دست چپ خود را روی سر نوزاد قرار داده و با دست راست اندام های تحتانی را به حالت جمع شده داخل شکم نوزاد نگه میداشت. در گروه سوم نیز طبق روال معمول بیمارستان خونگیری از نوزاد بدون هیچ مداخله ای انجام می شود. با استفاده از ابزار ارزیابی درد در نوزاد نارس میزان درد در نوزادان در گروه های مختلف قبل و بعد از انجام پروسیجر مورد سنجش قرار خواهد گرفت.

Due to the long time of hospitalization of neonates in the NICU, the recruitment of three parallel groups was very difficult. Also, the response of children to pain is very different and the comparison of three methods in all subjects can eliminate these differences, therefore considering the non-invasive nature of interventions (Oral Dextrose and Positioning), both methods were used by a cross-over method. Three groups with twenty subjects were included in the study with different orders in interventions (Control, Oral Dextrose, and Positioning). The age limit inclusion criteria changed from 32 -36 weeks based on the definition of the premature neonate.

Reason for update
Due to the long time of hospitalization of neonates in the NICU, the recruitment of three parallel groups was very difficult. Also, the response of children to pain is very different and the comparison of three methods in all subjects can eliminate these differences, therefore considering the non-invasive nature of interventions (Oral Dextrose and Positioning), both methods were used by a cross-over method. Three groups with twenty subjects were included in the study with different orders in interventions (Control, Oral Dextrose, and Positioning). The age limit inclusion criteria changed from 32 -36 weeks based on the definition of the premature neonate.

Infants with inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to three groups (A, B and C) by permutated blocks of six. Six blocks were defined (ABC, ACB, BAC, BCA, CAB and CBA) and a number from 1 to 6 were assigned to each block. By rolling dice the sequence of blocks was determined.
