In a randomized , parallel groups, phase 2 clinical trial with control group, 112 patients with PCOS undergoing GnRH antagonist protocol were randomly divided into two groups of double and single dose triggering method using random number table.

در یک کار آزمایی بالینی با گروههای موازی, تصادفی سازی شده فاز 2، دارای گروه کنترل,112 بیمار با سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک و تحت درمان با پروتکل آنتاگونیست برای روش تریگر کردن بوسیله دو دوز و یک دوز به صورت تصادفی و با استفاده از جدول اعداد تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند.
در یک کار آزمایی بالینی دارای گروه کنترل, با گروههای موازی, تصادفی سازی شده فاز 2، دارای گروه کنترل,112 بیمار با سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک و تحت درمان با پروتکل آنتاگونیست برای روش تریگر کردن بوسیله دو دوز و یک دوز به صورت تصادفی و با استفاده از جدول اعداد تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند.
This study is done on 110 patients who need ART treatment and refer to infertility center of Yazd. Since the second day of cycle the patients receive 150 unit of cinal f(cinagen-Iran) Subcutaneously. When the follicles reach to 12-13 mm, cetrotide (Merck- Serono Germany)250 micro gram are injected daily subcutaneously. when at least 3 follicles reach to 17 mm, serum level of LH, E2 and progesterone are checked (Monobind _USA kit).The patients who have serum estradiol level more than 3000 pg/ml are divided to two groups by random numbers.
The intervention group are triggered with decapeptyl 0.2 mg(Ferring_Germany) at 9 pm, after 12 hours,LH serum level is checked again, and the second dose of decapeptyl 0.1 mg is injected subcutaneously.12 Hours later LH serum level is checked again.
The control group are triggered by decapeptyl 0.1 mg at 9 pm.12 and 24 hours later LH serum level is checked. Oocyte retrieval is done in both group 36 hours after first injection of decapeptyl. Fertilization is done.The embryos with good quality are freezed.They are transferred to uterus in another cycles.
This study was performed on 112 PCOS patients referred to Yazd Research and Clinical Center for Infertility. The patients received GnRH antagonist group for ovulation induction. این مطالعه بر روی 110 زن مبتلا به تخمدان پلی کیستیک که نیاز به درمان ARTدارند وبه مرکز ناباروری یزد مراجعه می کنند انجام می شود. بیماران از روز دوم سیکل قاعدگی روزانه150 واحد سینال اف(سیناژن_ایران)دریافت می کنند..هنگامیکه سایز فولیکول هابه 12-13 میلیمتر می رسد ستروتاید(مرک_سرنو آلمان) بادوز 250میکروگرم روزانه شروع می شود.
هنگامیکه حداقل سه فولیکول به قطر 17 میلیمتر برسند,سطح سرمیE2,LHوپروژسترون (مونوبایند کیت _USA)اندازه گرفته می شود. افرادی که استرادیول بیش از 3000 دارند با استفاده از جدول اعداد تصادفی به دوگروه تقسیم می شوند.
گروه مداخله یک دوز دکاپپتیل0.2میلیگرم(فرینگ _آلمان) بصورت زیرجلدی ساعت 9شب دریافت می کند وسپس12ساعت بعد(ساعت 9 صبح) مجددسطح سرمیLH (مونوبایند کیت _USA) چک می شود و دوز دوم دکاپپتیل 0.1میلیگرم تزریق می شود.12ساعت بعد از این تزریق مجدد سطح سرمی LHچک می شود.
در گروه کنترل یک دوز دکاپپتیل 0.2 میلیگرم بصورت زیر جلدی ساعت 9 شب دریافت می کنند سپس 12ساعت و24 ساعت بعد سطح سرمی LH چک می شود.در هر دوگروه 36 ساعت بعد از دوز اول تزریق دکاپپتیل استخراج اووسیت انجام می شود.fertilization انجام می شود. همه جنین های باکیفیت مناسب فریز می شوند ودر سیکل دیگری ترانسفر می شوند.
این مطالعه بر روی 112 زن مبتلا به تخمدان پلی کیستیک که به مرکز ناباروری یزد مراجعه کردند، انجام شد. بیماران برای تحریک تخمدان تحت پروتکل GnRH آنتاگونیست قرار گرفتند. در روز تریگر اووسیت، بیماران به صورت رندوم به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. در گروه مورد تریگر اووسیت با استفاده از یک دوز دکاپپتیل0.2میلیگرم انجام گرفت وسپس 12ساعت بعد دوز دوم دکاپپتیل 0.1میلی گرم تزریق شد.

2-They shouldn't have sever endometriosis, sever male factor disease,uterine anomaly and metabolic disease.
Inclusion criteria: PCOS women aged 20-38 years with body Mass Index > 18 and < 30 and serum estradiol level more than 3000 pg/ml on triggering day and ovarian stimulation with GnRH antagonist protocol
Exclusion criteria: Sever endometriosis, Sever male factor infertility, Uterine anomaly and Metabolic disease

1-بیماران PCO که کاندید ARTمی باشند.
2-سن بیماران 20 تا38 سال باشد.
3- دچار مشکلات اندومتریوز شدید,اختلال شدید فاکتور مردانه,انومالی رحم وبیماریهای متابولیک نباشند.
معیارهای ورود: بیماران با سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک 20 تا 38 ساله با شاخص توده بدنی بالای 18 و زیر 30 که سطح سرمی استرادیول بیش از 3000 پیکوگرم درمیلی لیتر در روز تریگر دارند و تحریک تخمدان در این بیمارن با استفاده از پروتکل آنتاگونیست GnRH انجام می شود.
معیارهای خروج: اندومتریوز شدید،ناباروری با فاکتور مردانه شدید، انومالی رحم و بیماریهای متابولیک
1-معیارهای ورود: بیماران PCOبا سندرم تخمدان پلی کیستیک 20 تا 38 ساله با شاخص توده بدنی بالای 18 و زیر 30 که کاندید ARTمی باشندسطح سرمی استرادیول بیش از 3000 پیکوگرم درمیلی لیتر در روز تریگر دارند و تحریک تخمدان در این بیمارن با استفاده از پروتکل آنتاگونیست GnRH انجام می شود. 2-سن بیماران 20 تا38 سال باشد. 3- دچار مشکلاتمعیارهای خروج: اندومتریوز شدید,اختلال شدید،ناباروری با فاکتور مردانه,انومالیمردانه شدید، انومالی رحم وبیماریهایو بیماریهای متابولیک نباشند.

At first we choose 110 patients who include the condition,and we give them 1 to 110 number, based on their referring. The patients are divided to two 55 persons groups by using random allocation soft ware and random codes.When patients refer to clinic, based on their number, they are settled in the specific group.
At first we choose 112 patients who met the inclusion criteria ,and 1 to 112 numbers were assigned to each participants consecutively. The patients were divided into two 56-participant groups by using random allocation soft ware and random codes generation. At the time of patients' visit, they were allocated into two groups based on their random generated numbers.
At first we choose 110112 patients who includemet the condition,and we give theminclusion criteria ,and 1 to 110 number, based on their referring112 numbers were assigned to each participants consecutively. The patients arewere divided tointo two 55 persons56-participant groups by using random allocation soft ware and random codes.Whencodes generation. At the time of patients refer to clinic' visit, they were allocated into two groups based on their number, they are settled in the specific grouprandom generated numbers.
ابتدا بیماران واجد شرایط به تعداد 110 نفر انتخاب می شوند واز شماره 1 تا110 به ترتیب مراجعه برای آنها درنظر گرفته می شود.سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار Random allocation soft ware وتولید کدهای تصادفی, بیماران به دو گروه 55 نفره تقسیم می شوند.پس از تهیه جدول تخصیص تصادفی, هنگام مراجعه بیماران برحسب شماره آنها, بیمار در گروه تخصیص داده شده قرار می گیرد.
ابتدا بیماران واجد شرایط به تعداد 112 نفر انتخاب می شوند واز شماره 1 تا112 به ترتیب مراجعه برای آنها درنظر گرفته شدند..سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار Random allocation soft ware وتولید کدهای تصادفی, بیماران به دو گروه 56 نفره تقسیم شدند. هنگام مراجعه، بیماران برحسب شماره آنها, بیمار به صورت تصادفی در گروه تخصیص داده شده قرار گرفتند.
ابتدا بیماران واجد شرایط به تعداد 110112 نفر انتخاب می شوند واز شماره 1 تا110تا112 به ترتیب مراجعه برای آنها درنظر گرفته می شود.سپسشدند..سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار Random allocation soft ware وتولید کدهای تصادفی, بیماران به دو گروه 5556 نفره تقسیم می شوند.پس از تهیه جدول تخصیص تصادفی,شدند. هنگام مراجعه، بیماران برحسب شماره آنها, بیمار به صورت تصادفی در گروه تخصیص داده شده قرار می گیردگرفتند.

Intervention group: The intervention group are triggered by subcutaneous injection of decapeptyl (Triptorelin) 0.2 mg, after 12 hours the second doses ofdecapeptyl 0.1 mg are injected (two dose GnRh a).

Study aim
The comparison of oocyte maturity rate between the two triggering methods using GnRH agonist protocol
Design
In a randomized , parallel groups, phase 2 clinical trial with control group, 112 patients with PCOS undergoing GnRH antagonist protocol were randomly divided into two groups of double and single dose triggering method using random number table.
Settings and conduct
This study was performed on 112 PCOS patients referred to Yazd Research and Clinical Center for Infertility. The patients received GnRH antagonist group for ovulation induction. On the oocyte triggering day patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the case group oocyte triggering was performed with a single dose of decapeptyl 0.2 mg and after 12 hours the second dose of decapeptyl 0.1 mg was injected.
The control group was triggered by only one dose of decapeptyl 0.2 mg.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PCOS women aged 20-38 years with body Mass Index > 18 and < 30 and serum estradiol level more than 3000 pg/ml on triggering day and ovarian stimulation with GnRH antagonist protocol
Exclusion criteria: Sever endometriosis, Sever male factor infertility, Uterine anomaly and Metabolic disease
Intervention groups
The cases were triggered by decapeptyl 0.2 milligram at first and secondly a dose of decapeptyl 0.1 milligram after 12 hours . The control group was triggered by one dose of decapeptyl 0.2 milligram.

At first we choose 112 patients who met the inclusion criteria ,and 1 to 112 numbers were assigned to each participants consecutively. The patients were divided into two 56-participant groups by using random allocation soft ware and random codes generation. At the time of patients' visit, they were allocated into two groups based on their random generated numbers.
