Study aim
Determining the effect of spiritual intelligence training on communication skills with the patient in nurses working in Imam Khomeini (Imam Khomeini Hospital) in Mahabad city in 1398
Design
A randomized controlled clinical trial with parallel, double-blind, randomized groups
Settings and conduct
It will be performed at Imam Khomeini Hospital in Mahabad.The list of eligible nurses in the selected wards is compiled and selected by simple random and proportionate number of nurses in each ward and will be divided into control and intervention groups.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Entry requirements: 1. Satisfaction to participate in the study 2. Having a minimum undergraduate nursing degree 3. Lack of participation in the Spiritual Intelligence Workshop in the last 6 months 4. Lack of participation in communication skills workshop in the last 6 months 5. At least 6 months work experience at Imam Khomeini Hospital in Mahabad Exit terms: 1. Unwilling to participate in the study 2. No more than one session of training sessions 3. Leave or transfer to another hospital
Intervention groups
In this study, the samples will be randomly assigned to the control and intervention groups (n = 35) each, and then to the intervention group, a spiritual intelligence training program for nurses will be conducted.
