Inclusion criteria are; Age 6 to 11 years, Having Attention Deficit- Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Get a score of 41 or higher on the CSHQ, Organ health in the earlobe area, Medicated for ADHD, Resident of Kashan, Iranian citizenship, Living with both parent, willing of mother and child to participate in the study, And non-entry criteria are; Acute serious illness, hospitalization, lack of access, Concomitant use of other non-pharmacological methods, Exposure to severe crises from 3 months prior to study, change in medication schedule for at least two weeks before the start of the study, simultaneous known psychiatric disorders and mental retardation Known chronic diseases, using sleeping pills, Suffering from blindness and deafness

معیارهای ورود شامل؛ سن 6 تا 11 سال، ابتلاء به اختلال نقص توجه-بیش فعالی-ADHD (Attention Deficit- Hyperactivity Disorder)، کسب نمره 41 یا بالاتر از ابزار CSHQ ، سلامت عضوی در ناحیه لاله گوش، تحت درمان دارویی به علت ADHD، ساکن شهر کاشان، تابعیت ایرانی، زندگی با هر دو والد، تمایل مادر و کودک به شرکت در مطالعه و معیارهای عدم ورود شامل؛ ابتلا به بیماری حاد جدی، بستری شدن، عدم دسترسی، استفاده همزمان از سایر روشهای غیر دارویی،، مواجهه با بحرانهای شدید از 3 ماه قبل از مطالعه، تغییر در برنامه درمان دارویی حداقل از دو هفته قبل از شروع مطالعه، اختلالات روانپزشکی و عقب ماندگی ذهنی شناخته شده همزمان، ابتلا به بیماری های مزمن شناخته شده، مصرف داروی خواب آور و ابتلا به نابینایی و ناشنوایی

Eligible samples will be assigned to each of the two intervention and comparison groups in the form of block randomization. 52 samples were entered into Sealed Envelope Ltd. software. 2017 through www.sealedenvelope.com. The size of the blocks was chosen unequally so that the person entering the samples into the groups could not guess the next sample group, actually it was defined for the software to divide people into two groups in the form of blocks with sizes 4, 6 and 8. The software defined 1 block of 4, 3 blocks of 8 and 4 blocks of 6.

نمونه های واجد شرایط به صورت تصادفی سازی بلوکی به گروهها تخصیص داده خواهد شد. از طریق سایت www.sealedenvelope.com 52 نمونه وارد نرم افزار Sealed Envelope Ltd. software. 2017 شد. برای اینکه فردی که نمونه ها را وارد گروه ها می کند نتواند گروه نمونه بعدی را حدس بزند سایز بلوک‌ها نابرابر انتخاب شد درواقع برای نرم افزار تعریف شد که در قالب بلوکهایی با سایز ۴ و ۶ و ۸ افراد را به دو گروه تقسیم نماید. نرم افزار ۱ بلوک ۴ تایی، ۳ بلوک ۸ تایی و ۴ بلوک ۶ تایی تعریف کرد.

Intervention group: In this group, Korean-made DONG BANG brand Vakaria sidewalls are glued by the researcher on Shenman, sympathetic, sub cortex, heart and endocrine points that are related to sleep quality. The mother and child will be instructed to press these sidewalls each time for three minutes with the index finger and thumb by the child (under the supervision of an adult) or a relative. During the 4 weeks of the intervention, the labels will be affixed by the researcher alternately on both ears every other week. The labels are placed on the ear for five days each week and the mother is instructed to remove them by the end of the fifth day to prevent possible allergic reactions. It is also noted that if the labels are removed during the five-day period, the researcher will be notified by telephone; In that case, the researcher will re-affix the labels with the consent of the family at their home, in the Karegarnejad hospital or wherever it is convenient for the family. The method of pressing the sidewalls will be taught to the intervention group by the researcher; In addition, during the intervention, a weekly diary will be provided to mothers, in which mothers will record possible allergic reactions, hypnotic use, frequency and duration of each pressure. Every week, all participants will be visited at the agreed location and new stickers will be affixed to them; A daily note sheet will be delivered to them and another sheet will be delivered to them next week. The information in the diaries is analyzed every week, and if the average number of times of pressure and the duration of each time of pressure on the sides is at least 2 times a day and 2 minutes each time, the sample will remain in the study. Labeling will continue for 4 weeks and samples will be followed up for 4 weeks after the intervention. In addition to starting the study, the CSHQ questionnaire will be completed after the intervention (end of the fourth week) and 4 weeks after the intervention (end of the eighth week) through face-to-face interviews with the mother by the research Fellow (who does not know how to divide the samples into two groups).

گروه مداخله: در اين گروه سیدهای واکاریا مارک DONG BANG ساخت کشور کره روی نقاط Shenman، سيمپاتيک، ساب کورتکس، هارت و اندوکرين که با کيفيت خواب در ارتباط هستند، توسط پژوهشگر چسبانده شده. به مادر و کودک آموزش داده خواهد شد که اين سيدها هر بار به مدت سه دقيقه با انگشت سبابه و شست توسط کودک (البته با نظارت يک بزرگسال) یا یکی از بستگان فشار داده شوند.در طول 4 هفته اعمال مداخله، برچسبها توسط پژوهشگر به طور متناوب روی هر دو گوش به صورت یک هفته در میان چسبانده خواهد شد. در هر هفته برچسبها پنج روز روی گوش قرار داشته و به مادر توضیح داده می شود که برای پیشگیری از واکنش های آلرژیک احتمالی، پایان روز پنجم آنها را جدا کنند. ضمنا تذکر داده مي شود که اگر برچسبها در طول دوره پنج روزه جدا گردند تلفنی به پژوهشگر اطلاع داده شود؛ در آن صورت پژوهشگر با توافق خانواده در منزل آنها، در بیمارستان کارگرنژاد يا هر کجا که برای خانواده راحت باشد، اقدام به چسباندن مجدد برچسبها خواهد نمود. روش فشار دادن سيدها توسط پژوهشگر به گروه مداخله آموزش داده خواهد شد؛ بعلاوه، در طول مداخله، هر هفته یک برگه ی یادداشت روزانه نيز در اختيار مادران قرار داده خواهد شد که در آن روزانه، مادران بروز واکنش‌های آلرژيک احتمالی، مصرف خواب‌آور، تعداد دفعات و مدت زمان هر بار فشار را ثبت نمايند. هر هفته کليه مشارکت کنندگان در محل مورد توافق ويزيت و برای آنها پرچسب‌های جديد چسبانده خواهد شد؛ برگه یادداشت روزانه از آنها تحويل گرفته و برگه ای دیگر برای هفته ی بعدی تحويل آنها خواهد شد. هر هفته اطلاعات برگه های يادداشت روزانه تحلیل شده و در صورتی که ميانگين تعداد دفعات فشار و طول مدت هر بار فشار به سيدها، حداقل به ترتيب 2 بار در روز و هر بار 2 دقیقه باشد، نمونه در مطالعه باقی خواهد ماند. چسباندن برچسب‌ها به مدت 4 هفته ادامه خواهد داشت و نمونه ها 4 هفته پس از اتمام مداخله مورد پيگيری قرار خواهند گرفت. پرسشنامه CSHQ علاوه بر شروع مطالعه، بعد از پایان مداخله (پايان هفته چهارم) و 4 هفته پس از اتمام مداخله (پايان هفته هشتم) نيز از طریق مصاحبه چهره به چهره با مادر توسط همکار پژوهشگر طرح که در جريان نحوه تخصيص نمونه‌ها به دو گروه نمی‌باشد، تکمیل خواهد شد

Control group: Auriculotherapy will be performed for 4 weeks, five days a week, three times a day and one hour before bedtime. گروه کنترل: اوریکولوتراپی به مدت 4 هفته، پنج روز در هفته، روزی سه مرتبه و يکساعت قبل از خواب انجام خواهد شد. در اين گروه سیدهای واکاریا مارک DONG BANG ساخت کشور کره روی نقاط shenman ، سيمپاتتيک، ساب کورتکس، هارت و اندوکرين که با کيفيت خواب در ارتباط هستند. فقط برچسب بدون دانه روی نقاط چسبانده شده و فشاری روی نقاط اعمال نخواهد شد. لازم به ذکر است در طول 4 هفته اعمال مداخله، برچسبها توسط پژوهشگر به طور متناوب روی هر دو گوش به صورت یک هفته در میان چسبانده خواهد شد. در هر هفته برچسبها پنج روز روی گوش قرار داشته و به مادر توضیح داده می شود که برای پیشگیری از واکنش های آلرژیک احتمالی، پایان روز پنجم آنها را جدا کنند؛ ضمنا تذکر داده مي شود که اگر برچسبها در طول دوره پنج روزه جدا گردند تلفنی به پژوهشگر اطلاع داده شود؛ در آن صورت پژوهشگر با توافق خانواده در منزل آنها، در بیمارستان کارگرنژاد يا هر کجا که برای خانواده راحت باشد، اقدام به چسباندن مجدد برچسبها خواهد نمود.
