The treatment effect evaluation of vitamine D deficiency on fertility outcomes of patients who receive frozen-thawed embryos, is the aim of this study. This is a interventional, randomized, not blinded clinical trial. Serum vitamin D level of patients who want to transfer her own frozen embryos, is checked. 100 patients with serum vitamin D level less than 30 ng/ml are included in this study. The patients with sever endometriosis, systemic diseases and donated embryos, are excluded. 50 patients, as a case group receive 50000 units vitamin D supplement per oral, weekly for 8-10 weeks and serum vitamin D level is rechecked in the end of treatment. If serum vitamin D level is normal, they are intered in the frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle. 50 another patients, as a control group are intered in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle without any intervention. Primary outcome is chemical pregnancy that is determind with serum B-hcg level 14 days after embryo transfer. secondry outcome is clinical pregnancy that is determind by seeing gestational sac in vaginal sonography, 28 days after embryo transfer.

هدف از انجام مطالعه، بررسی تاثیر درمان کمبود ویتامین دی بر نتایج باروری بیماران دریافت کننده جنین برگشت از فریز می باشد. این مطالعه از نوع کارازمایی بالینی مداخله ای، تصادفی و کور نشده می باشد. سطح سرمی زنانی که قصد انتقال جنین فریز شده خود را دارند، اندازه گیری می شود. 100 نفر از بیمارانی که سطح سرمی ویتامین دی انها کمتر از 30 نانوگرم در میلی لیتر است، در مطالعه شرکت داده می شوند. بیماران با اندومتریوز شدید، بیماری های سیستمیک و دارای جنین اهدایی، در مطالعه شرکت داده نمی شوند. 50 نفر از بیماران به عنوان گروه مورد، هر هفته 50000 واحد ویتامین دی خوراکی، به مدت 10-8 هفته دریافت می کنند و سطح سرمی ویتامین دی انها پس از اتمام درمان، مجددا اندازه گیری می گردد و در صورت طبیعی شدن، وارد سیکل انتقال جنین برگشت از فریز می شوند. 50 نفر دیگر بیماران به عنوان گروه کنترل، بدون هیچگونه مداخله ای وارد سیکل انتقال جنین برگشت از فریز می گردند. پیامد اولیه، حاملگی شیمیایی است که با اندازه گیری سطح بتا اچ سی جی سرم، 14 روز بعد از انتقال جنین مشخص می شود. پیامد ثانویه، حاملگی کلینیکی است که با دیدن ساک بارداری با استفاده از سونوگرافی واژینال مشخص می شود.

In this randomized clinical trial, infertile women with serum vitamin D below 30ng/ml were enrolled in the study. 1 to 114 numbers were assigned to each woman who met the inclusion criteria consecutively. After giving information about the research design and signed a written consent form, women divided into two 57-participant groups by using random number table and random codes generation. Randomization was simple, individual using a random number table.

در این کارازمایی بالینی تصادفی سازی شده، زنان نابارور با سطح سرمی ویتامین دی زیر 30ng/ml وارد مطالعه شدند.114 زن که معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را دارا بودند از شماره 1 تا114 به ترتیب مراجعه شماره گذاری شدند. پس از توجیه شدن در مورد روش مطالعه و اخذ رضایت آگاهانه با استفاده از جدول اعداد تصادفی وتولید کدهای تصادفی، بیماران به دو گروه 57 نفره تقسیم شدند. تصادفی سازی به صورت ساده، فردی و با استفاده از جدول اعداد تصادفی انجام شد.
Control: RecieveReceiving no vitamin D supplementation.

Study aim
The effect of vitamin D supplementation on pregnancy outcome in frozen thawed embryo transfer cycles
Design
In this randomized, not blinded , parallel, phase 2 clinical trial with control group, 114 women with vitamin d insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups using random number table.
Settings and conduct
Serum vitamin D level of patients who were candidate for frozen embryo transfer, was checked. 114 patients with serum vitamin D level less than 30 ng/ml and met the inclusion criteria were included in this study. Women were randomly divided into two groups. 57 patients, as a case group received 50000 units vitamin D supplement per oral, weekly for 8-10 weeks and serum vitamin D level is rechecked in the end of treatment. If serum vitamin D level was normal, they entered in the frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle. 57 another patients, as a control group entered in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles without any intervention.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women who want transfer cryopreserved embryos, patients with serum vitamin D level less than 30 ng/ml
Exclusion criteria: more than 40 years old; less than 20 years old ; history of endocrine disorder; severe endometriosis; systemic disease; repeated implantation failure; repeated abortion; congenital or acquired uterine anomaly with or without operation; donation-recipient cycles .
Intervention groups
Intervention group: Patients, as a case group received 50000 units vitamin D supplement orally, weekly for 8-10 weeks and serum vitamin D level was rechecked in the end of treatment.
Control group: Women as a control group entered in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle without any intervention.

Randomization description
In this randomized clinical trial, infertile women with serum vitamin D below 30ng/ml were enrolled in the study. 1 to 114 numbers were assigned to each woman who met the inclusion criteria consecutively. After giving information about the research design and signed a written consent form, women divided into two 57-participant groups by using random number table and random codes generation. Randomization was simple, individual using a random number table.
