First, it was announced to all the first and second secondary schools of the city to register students who spend a lot of time on the Internet and are interested in participating in research. 350 students announced their cooperation and were registered. These people, 198 of whom were boys and 152 of whom were girls, responded to Young's Internet Addiction Questionnaire and were subjected to a clinical interview. 328 of them, including 181 boys and 147 girls, who were eligible, were evaluated in the next stage by Spielberger's Trait and State Anxiety Questionnaire and Reynolds' Adolescent Depression Questionnaire. 232 people with anxiety, including 119 boys and 113 girls, and 145 people with depression, including 87 boys and 58 girls, were diagnosed. Then the obtained scores were checked and 111 people including 66 boys and 45 girls who had anxiety and depression at the same time were selected for the sample group and randomly divided into two intervention groups of 37 people including 22 boys and 15 girls in each group and one group A control group of 37 people including 22 boys and 15 girls were assigned.

ابتدا به تمام مدارس دخترانه متوسطه اول شهرستان، اعلام شد دانش آموزانی که ساعات زیادی از وقت خود را در اینترنت سپری می کنند و علاقمند به شرکت در پژوهش هستند را ثبت نام نمایند. ١۶٩ نفر دانش آموز اعلام همکاری کرده و ثبت نام شدند. این افراد به پرسشنامه اعتیاد اینترنتی یانگ پاسخ دادند. تعداد ١۵٢ نفر که واجد شرایط بودند در مرحله بعد توسط پرسشنامه اضطراب صفت و حالت اسپیلبرگر و پرسشنامه افسردگی نوجوانان رینولدز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. 111 نفر دارای اضطراب و 58 نفر دارای افسردگی تشخیص داده شدند. سپس نمرات به دست آمده بررسی شده، 45 نفری که همزمان دارای اضطراب و افسردگی بودند برای گروه نمونه انتخاب و بطور تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفری مداخله و یک گروه کنترل 15 نفری اختصاص داده شدند.

Determining and comparing the effectiveness of cognitive therapy based on mindfulness and therapy based on reducing anxiety, depression and Internet addiction in adolescents with Internet addiction.

Settings and conduct
The place is in Tuysarkan city. Educational classes in one of the schools of this city. and conducted by a trained instructor with the permission of the school principal. Some sessions are held in the summer and some in the fall. The students who participate in the research do not know about the effect of the interventions on the desired variables.
