The effectiveness of Narrative Writing on depression, anxiety, stress, life expectancy and quality of life people addicted to amphetamine compared with control group
This study is a randomized clinical trial. Case Study Community included 30 Addicted People to Amphetamines referring to Farabi Hospital of Kermanshah in 1394-95. After sampling, they sign a satisfaction form. Inclusion criteria: Earn equivalent score Low to moderate stress (Score between 15 to 25) in questionnaire of depression, anxiety and stress (DASS-21). Exclusion criteria: Acquisition weak stress or severe scores in the questionnaire of depression, anxiety and stress (DASS-21); Having Suicidal thoughts. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group of Narrative Writing. The intervention group will be asked to write their feelings and experiences based on Gibbs model (What happened?. What were your feelings and thoughts?. What was good and bad experience?. What lessons have from this situation ?. What else did you do?. If you could, what will happen again?) in a notebook Narrative writing for once a week for eight weeks. Study subjects complete Questionnaire depression, anxiety and stress, quality of life and life expectancy questionnaire before the first treatment session, the last session of treatment and one month after the end of the treatment. Study Goals:1. Determining of the effectiveness of narrative writing on depression, anxiety, stress, quality of life and life expectancy of Addicted People to Amphetamines. 2. Compare the effectiveness of narrative writing with the control group on depression, anxiety, stress, quality of life and life expectancy Addicted People to Amphetamines.
