    Our aim is to determine any differences in the stride-to-stride fluctuations in LBP patient while wearing lumbosacral orthoses ,i.e, CNS can perceive the passive stiffness provided by lumbosacral orthoses and make any motor control adaptations to this enhancement of spine stability.24 subjects with chronic non specific low back pain will participate in the study. subjects will be randomly allocated to control and intervention groups. The control subjects will receive physical therapy (exercises and electrotherapy) and intervention group will receive physical therapy as well as a semirigid LSO for 6 weeks, 6-8 hour a day.Inclusion criteria will be as patient with chronic non-specific low back pain and pain intensity from 1 to 6 that their pain lasts at least 6 months. Patient with specific low back pain and referral neurological pain to distal of lower limbs and patients who previously used lumbar support will be excluded. Pain and functional outcomes will be recorded using numerical pain rating scale, Oswestry disability index, and fear avoidance belief questionnaire. The data collection will do at first day of treatment and repeat at 3 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment. Subjects will be followed one month after the end of treatment.

    این مطالعه به هدف تعيين اثربخشی ارتز لومبوساکرال در ديناميك راه رفتن افراد مبتلا به کمردرد غیراختصاصی مزمن انجام خواهد شد. به اين معنى كه آیا ارتز لومبوساکرال با سیستم دینامیکی بدن در تعامل است و سیستم اعصاب مرکزی آن را در چرخه کنترلی خود به حساب می آورد یا ارتز تنها اثر موضعی دارد.از افراد دارای کمردرد غیراختصاصی مزمن، تعداد 24 نفر در این مطالعه شرکت خواهند کرد. این افراد به طور تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم خواهند شد. در گروه مداخله افراد تحت درمان فیزیوتراپی (الکتروتراپی و تمرین درمانی) قرار خواهد گرفت و ارتز لومبوساکرال را طبق پروتکل ارائه شده برای 6 هفته می¬پوشند و گروه کنترل تنها تحت درمان فیزیوتراپی در مدت 6 هفته قرار می گیرد. بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد غیر اختصاصی مزمن با شدت درد درجه 1 تا 6 برای حداقل 6 ماه که سن آنها بین 18 تا 50 سال باشد، وارد مطالعه خواهند شد. بیماران با اختلالات قابل تشخیص ستون فقرات، سابقه انتشار درد عصبی تیرکشنده به سمت انتهای اندام تحتانی و استفاده قبلی از هر گونه ساپورت کمری از مطالعه خارج خواهند شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات مربوط به میزان درد و ناتوانی آنها از مقیاس نرخ عددی درد و پرسشنامه¬های معیار ناتوانی اوسوستری و باورهای اجتنابی ناشی از ترس استفاده خواهد شد. ثبت داده در روز اول مراجعه، سه هفته و شش هفته بعد ار شروع درمان و یک ماه بعد از اتمام درمان انجام خواهد گرفت.

    Specific low back pain such as disk herniation, fracture, spondylolisthesis
    Referral pain in the lower limbs
    History of spinal surgery
    History of trauma resulted in sprain, dislocation and fracture in spinal area
    Using drugs that interfere with walking
    Any previous use of lumbar supports
    gait imbalance and use of assistive devices

    The method of randomized number selection will be used for randomized allocation of the groups.

Design

Inclusion/Exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria:
Low back pain intensity from 1 to 6 Low back pain for at least 6 months 3 months from the last treatment session There should be acute exacerbation periods of low back pain Age between 18 to 50 years Subjects could be able to walk with preferred walking speed for 10 minutes so that pain is not barrier for walking
Exclusion criteria:
Specific low back pain such as disk herniation, fracture, spondylolisthesis Referral pain in the lower limbs History of spinal surgery History of trauma resulted in sprain, dislocation and fracture in spinal area Using drugs that interfere with walking Any previous use of lumbar supports gait imbalance and use of assistive devices

Randomization description
Randomization was performed blindly by a permuted block randomization in which block sizes were randomly varied from two to four and allocation ratio was 1:1. An independent person performed the allocation via sealed, opaque envelopes numbered consequently to ensure the allocation concealment.

Blinding description
The assessor and participants were blind to group assignment. While the data analysis was blindly conducted, due to the nature of the intervention (PT, LSO) in both groups, the blinding of the participants and outcome assessor during the test procedure was impossible and it didn't take place.

Intervention group will receive physical therapy (exercises and electrotherapy) as well as a semirigid lumbosacral orthosis for 6 weeks, 8 hour a day.
