Among patients referred to the liver and gastroenterologist, 92 patients with gastrointestinal complaints and inclusion criteria will be included in the study. Then, individuals will be allocated into one of the three intervention groups or the control group using a randomized blocked division (4 block based on BMI and gender).
Ninety-Two patients referred to the liver and gastroenterologist with gastrointestinal complaints will be allocated into one of the three intervention groups or the control group using a randomized blocked division.
AmongNinety-Two patients referred to the liver and gastroenterologist, 92 patients with gastrointestinal complaints and inclusion criteria will be included in the study. از بین بیماران مراجعه کننده به فوق تخصص کبد و گوارش 92 بیمار بزرگسال که دارای شکایات گوارشی و دارای معیارهای ورود به مطالعه باشند وارد مطالعه خواهند شد. سپس افراد با استفاده از روش تقسیم تصادفی بلوکی طبقه بندی شده (4 ظبقه بر اساس BMI و جنس) در یکی از سه گروه مداخله یا در گروه شاهد تخصیص داده خواهند شد.

مطالعه حاضر بر روی بزرگسالان مراجعه کننده به فوق تخصص کبد و گوارش کلنیک سروش شهر اهواز در سال 1396 انجام خواهد گردید.

مطالعه حاضر بر روی بزرگسالان مراجعه کننده به فوق تخصص کبد و گوارش کلنیک سروش شهر اهواز در سال 1396 انجام خواهد گردید.
Inclusion criteria: Having age between18 to 65 years old, infection with Helicobacter pylori, gastrointestinal complaints and body mass index of 18.5 to 35 kg / h.
Exclusion criteria: Having a history of drug therapy to eradicate Helicobacter pylori infection, stomach surgery, history of peptic ulcer and gastrointestinal malignancies, having any disease that causes inflammation and increases levels of inflammatory markers, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory infections such as asthma. .., having immunodeficiency diseases, having chronic diseases requiring drug treatment, taking medications other than prescription drugs during the study, taking antibiotics or proton pump inhibitors or H2 blockers over the past 2 months, taking omega-3 supplementation at least 3 months before starting the study, using of any dietary supplement at least 3 months before starting the study, changes in the diet during the study period and the consumption of less than 80% of the supplements delivered to the patient during the study period.

شرایط ورود به مطالعه: داشتن سن بین 18 تا 65 سال، داشتن عفونت هلیکوباکتر پیلوری، شکایات گوارشی و نمایه توده بدنی 18.5تا 35 کیلوگرم برمجذور قد به متر.
معیارهای عدم ورود به مطالعه عبارتند از: داشتن سابقه درمان دارویی جهت ریشه کنی عفونت هلیکوباکتر پیلوری، جراحی معده، وجود سابقه زخم پپتیک و بدخیمی های گوارشی، داشتن هرگونه بیماری که باعث ایجاد التهاب و افزایش سطح نشانگرهای التهابی شود مانند دیابت، بیماری های قلبی عروقی، التهابات تنفسی مانند آسم و ... ، ابتلا به بیماری های نقص ایمنی و بیماری های مزمن نیازمند درمان دارویی، مصرف انواع داروها غیر از داروهای تجویز شده طی دوره مطالعه، مصرف آنتی بیوتیک یا مهارکننده های پمپ پروتون یا H2 بلوکرها طی 2 ماه گذشته، مصرف مکمل امگا-3 حداقل 3 ماه قبل از شروع مطالعه، استفاده کردن از هرگونه مکمل رژیمی حداقل 3 ماه قبل از شروع مطالعه، تغییر در رژیم غذایی طی دوره مطالعه و مصرف کمتر از 80% مکمل های تحویل داده شده به بیمار طی دوره مطالعه.
شرایط ورود شامل سن 18 تا 65 سال، داشتن عفونت هلیکوباکتر پیلوری، شکایات گوارشی و نمایه توده بدنی 18.5تا 35 کیلوگرم بر مجذور قد به متر. معیارهای عدم ورود: هر گونه بیماری گوارشی و مزمن، مصرف انواع داروها، مصرف مکمل امگا-3 و سایر مکمل ها حداقل 3 ماه قبل از شروع مطالعه و مصرف کمتر از 80 درصد مکمل های تحویل داده شده به بیمار.

Interventional group 1: Two weeks taking of three treatments of Helicobacter pylori including: Pentoprazole 40 mg twice daily, Amoxicillin 1 g twice daily, Bismuth 2 mg 4 times daily, Clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily for two weeks+ Cranberry juice (400 ml) enriched with omega-3 (2 g) for 4 weeks.

Control group: Two weeks taking of three treatments of Helicobacter pylori including: Pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily, amoxicillin 1 g twice daily, bismuth 2 mg 4 times daily, and clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily for two weeks.
Intervention group 1: Two weeks taking Pentoprazole 80 mg , Amoxicillin 2 g, Bismuth 8 mg, Clarithromycin 1g and Cranberry juice (400 ml) enriched with omega 3 (2 g) for 4 weeks
Group 2: Two weeks taking Pentoprazole 80 mg , Amoxicillin 2 g, Bismuth 8 mg, Clarithromycin 1g and Cranberry juice (400 ml) for 4 weeks

Study aim
Effects of Omega 3 and Cranberry juice consumption on eradication of Helicobacter pylori, serum inflammatory and oxidative stress markers in adults with Helicobacter pylori infection
Design
Ninety-Two patients referred to the liver and gastroenterologist with gastrointestinal complaints will be allocated into one of the three intervention groups or the control group using a randomized blocked division.
Settings and conduct
Adults referred to the liver and gastroenterologist of Soroush Clinic in Ahvaz in 1396
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria including age between18 to 65 years old, infection with Helicobacter pylori, gastrointestinal complaints and body mass index of 18.5 to 35 kg /m2. Exclusion criteria including any gastrointestinal and chronic diseases,taking medications, omega-3 and any dietary supplements at least 3 months before starting the study and the consumption of less than 80 percent of the supplements delivered to the patient during the study period.
Intervention groups
Intervention group 1: Two weeks taking Pentoprazole 80 mg , Amoxicillin 2 g, Bismuth 8 mg, Clarithromycin 1g and Cranberry juice (400 ml) enriched with omega 3 (2 g) for 4 weeks
Group 2: Two weeks taking Pentoprazole 80 mg , Amoxicillin 2 g, Bismuth 8 mg, Clarithromycin 1g and Cranberry juice (400 ml) for 4 weeks
Group 3:Two weeks taking Pentoprazole 80 mg , Amoxicillin 2 g, Bismuth 8 mg, Clarithromycin 1g and omega 3 (two grams) for 4 weeks
Control group: Two weeks taking Pentoprazole 80 mg, Amoxicillin 2 g, Bismuth 8 mg, Clarithromycin 1g for two weeks.
Main outcome variables
Negative anti-Helicobacter pylori antigen; Determination and comparison of Helicobacter pylori caused gastrointestinal complaints questionnaire scale; serum levels of interleukin17, Transforming growth factor beta 1, Interferon gamma and serum levels of total antioxidant capacity and malondialdehyde
