Study aim
Comparison of the efficacy of evidence-based education and routine Qlby_ pulmonary resuscitation workshop on clinical competencies emergency nurses
Design
This interventional study is based on routine training in two groups of blind and one-way students.
Settings and conduct
The present study is a semi-experimental interventional study on nurses working in Emergency departments of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Dehdasht in 1396. After selecting qualified individuals, census and random allocation are divided into two groups. In the first group, evidence-based education. For the first group, evidence-based education is rehabilitated, and for the second group only recurrent education is given in a routine workshop, and the second group does not receive any kind of training on evidence-based learning.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Nurses in Emergency Department of Imam Khomeini Hospital, Dehdasht Hospital with a minimum of 2 years work experience Failure to complete an educational course related to an evidence-based workshop or the like Participating in the CPR Team The willingness to participate in the study and signing the written informed consent of the company in the study Lack of participation in one of the stages of the study 1. Failure to attend Evidence-Based Workshop meetings over one meeting 2. Non-participation in the rescue team 3. Transfer to another department or hospital during the study
Intervention groups
The study is a two-step intervention group based on evidence-based training and routine workshops. Both groups received the same training in their own fields and did not know the contents of the other group.
Main outcome variables
Evidence-based education for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Clinical Competency. Routine training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

In this study , the first group will receive evidence - based training and the second group will train a workshop and do not know the trained material, and the participants are registered on the model and during the rehabilitation by a checklist trained by the supervisor.

The present study will be a semi experimental intervention study following the acquisition of legal licenses and ethics code from the deputy development of research and technology of the University of Medical(ahvaz ) on nurses working in the emergency departments of Imam Khomeini Hospital in 1396.After selecting qualified persons in terms of census and random assignment, the two groups are divided into two groups. In the first group of evidence - based training, the two sessions conducted for four consecutive weeks ( total 8 hours ) followed two consecutive weeks ( total of 8 hours ) with an introduction to evidence - based nurses, how to set up clinical questions, how to use information sources and how to criticize articles. After implementing the evidence - based care workshop on the CPR and in accordance with the latest Gide line changes of 2015, the nurses will also be familiar with the evidence based on the evidence and its steps and fits into the CPR. Over the course of two months, we will meet for an hour ( total of eight hours a day ) to resolve the forms and follow up their learning. Before and two months after the intervention, their clinical competence will be measured using the Czech clinical competency checklist. For the first group, the training - based training and the second group only will be taught in routine practice, and the second group will receive no training types on evidence - based training.

Intervention groups

Description
Intervention group: Heart and pulmonary rehabilitation training based on evidence-based learning. In the first group, evidence-based learning included: Two research workshops for 4 sessions over a two-week period (totaling 8 hours) with the contents of an introduction to evidence-based nursing How to set up a clinical question, how to use information resources and how to critique the articles. Following the implementation of the evidence-based evidence-based care workshop on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and in line with the latest changes to the 2015 revival of 2015, nurses will be familiarized with evidence-based care and appropriate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. During the two months of each week for an hour (a total of 8 sessions per hour), we will fix the problems and track the learnings of these people. Before and two months after the intervention, their clinical competence will be assessed using a researcher-made clinical eligibility checklist.
