    Comparison of the efficacy of evidence-based education and routine cardiopulmonary resuscitation workshop on clinical competencies among emergency nurses
    This interventional study is based on routine training in two groups of blind and one-way students.
    This is a two group single blind clinical trial which is based on routine training.
    The present study is a semi-experimental interventional study on nurses working in Emergency departments of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Dehdasht in 1396. After selecting qualified individuals, census and random allocation are divided into two groups. In the first group, evidence-based education. For the first group, evidence-based education is rehabilitated, and for the second group only recurrent education is given in a routine workshop, and the second group does not receive any kind of training on evidence-based learning.
    The present study was a semi-experimental interventional study on nurses working in Emergency wards of Imam Khomeini hospital in Dehdasht in 1396. After selecting eligible people, the subjects were randomly assigned into two groups. In the first group, evidence-based education program including cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation training and in the second group, only rehabilitation training were given through a routine workshop. The second group didn't receive any training about evidence-based learning
    پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مداخله ای نیمه تجربی بر روی پرستاران شاغل در بخش های اورژانس بیمارستان امام خمینی ره دهدشت در سال 1396 انجام خواهد شد. پس از انتخاب افراد واجد شرایط بصورت سرشماری و تخصیص تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم می شوند. در گروه اول اموزش مبتنی بر شواهد. برای گروه اول، آموزش مبتنی بر شواهد احیا و برای گروه دوم فقط اموزش احیا به روش روتین کارگاهی داده می شود و گروه دوم هیچ نوع اموزشی در مورد اموزش مبتنی بر شواهد دریافت نمی کنند.
    پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مداخله ای نیمه تجربی بر روی پرستاران شاغل در بخش های اورژانس بیمارستان امام خمینی ره دهدشت در سال 1396 انجام شده است . پس از انتخاب افراد واجد شرایط ورود به مطالعه افرادبه صورت تخصیص تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. در گروه اول اموزش مبتنی بر شواهد احیای قلبی و ریوی بر صلاحیت بالینی و در گروه دوم فقط اموزش احیا به روش روتین کارگاهی داده می شود .گروه دوم هیچ نوع اموزشی در مورد اموزش مبتنی بر شواهد دریافت نمی کنند.

    Inclusion criteria: Nurses in Emergency Department of Imam Khomeini Hospital, Dehdasht Hospital with a minimum of 2 years work experience Failure to complete an educational course related to an evidence-based workshop or the like Participating in the CPR Team The willingness to participate in the study and signing the written informed consent of the company in the study. Non Inclusion criteria: Not participating in the CPR team; Participate in evidence-based workshop meetings over one meeting.

    The present study will be a semi experimental intervention study following the acquisition of legal licenses and ethics code from the deputy development of research and technology of the University of Medical(ahvaz ) on nurses working in the emergency departments of Imam Khomeini Hospital in 1396.After selecting qualified persons in terms of census and random assignment, the two groups are divided into two groups. In the first group of evidence - based training, the two sessions conducted for four consecutive weeks ( total 8 hours ) followed two consecutive weeks ( total of 8 hours ) with an introduction to evidence - based nurses, how to set up clinical questions, how to use information sources and how to criticize articles. After implementing the evidence - based care workshop on the CPR and in accordance with the latest Gide line changes of 2015, the nurses will also be familiar with the evidence based on the evidence and its steps and fits into the CPR. Over the course of two months, we will meet for an hour ( total of eight hours a day ) to resolve the forms and follow up their learning. Before and two months after the intervention, their clinical competence will be measured using the Czech clinical competency checklist. For the first group, the training - based training and the second group only will be taught in routine practice, and the second group will receive no training types on evidence - based training.
    پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مداخله ای نیمه تجربی خواهد بود که پس از کسب مجوزهای قانونی و کد اخلاق از معاونت توسعه پژوهش و فن آوری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز بر روی پرستاران شاغل در بخش های اورژانس بیمارستان امام خمینی ره دهدشت در سال 1396 انجام خواهد شد.پس از انتخاب افراد واجد شرایط بصورت سرشماری و تخصیص تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم می شوند. در گروه اول اموزش مبتنی بر شواهد شامل: دو کارگاه روش تحقیق به مدت 4 جلسه طی دو هفته متوالی (درمجموع 8 ساعت) و پس از آن دو کارگاه مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد به مدت 4 جلسه طی دو هفته متوالی (درمجموع 8 ساعت) با محتوی مقدمه ای بر پرستاری مبتنی بر شواهد، نحوه تنظیم سوال بالینی، چگونگی استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی و چگونگی نقد مقالات برگزار خواهد شد. پس از اجرای کارگاه مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد در خصوص احیای قلبی ریوی و مطابق با آخرین تغییرات گایدلاین احیا 2015، پرستاران بصورت عملی نیز با مراقبت مبتنی بر شواهد و مراحل آن و متناسب با احیای قلبی ریوی آشنا خواهند شد. در طول مدت دو ماه هر هفته به مدت یک ساعت (در کل 8 جلسه یک ساعته) به رفع اشکال و پیگیری آموخته های این افراد می پردازیم. قبل و دو ماه بعد از مداخله، صلاحیت بالینی آنان با استفاده از چک لیست صلاحیت بالینی محقق ساخته سنجیده خواهد شد. برای گروه اول، آموزش مبتنی بر شواهد احیا و برای گروه دوم فقط اموزش احیا به روش روتین کارگاهی داده می شود و گروه دوم هیچ نوع اموزشی در مورد اموزش مبتنی بر شواهد دریافت نمی کنند
    The randomization of this study has been done using "shuffling sheets" or cards to obtain more reliable results.     تصادفی سازی این مطالعه از روش "بر زدن ورقه ها" یا کارت ها برای حصول نتایج معتبرتر استفاده شده است.در این روش به تعداد افراد جامعه اماری کارت با مشخصات شرکت کنندگان در جعبه ای قرار داده شد و به صورت تصادفی و بر زدن کارت ها افراد در دو گروه متفاوت تقسیم شدند.
    در این مطالعه گروه اول اموزش مبتنی بر شواهد را دریافت می کنند و گروه دوم اموزش روتین کارگاهی را اموزش می بینند و از مطالب اموزش دیده هم اطلاعی ندارند و عملککرد شرکت کنندگان بر روی مانکن و حین احیا بوسیله چک لیست توسط فرد اموزش دیده ناظر ثبت میگردد
    در این مطالعه گروه اول اموزش مبتنی بر شواهد را دریافت می کنند و گروه دوم اموزش روتین کارگاهی را اموزش می بینند و از مطالب اموزش دیده هم اطلاعی ندارند و عملکرد شرکت کنندگان بر روی مانکن و حین احیا بوسیله چک لیست توسط فرد اموزش دیده ناظر ثبت میگردد

    Intervention group: Heart and pulmonary rehabilitation training based on evidence-based learning.     گروه مداخله: گروه مداخله دوم اموزش احیای قلبی و ریوی با روش اموزش روتین کارگاهی درخصوص احیای قلبی ریوی و مطابق با آخرین تغییرات گایدلاین احیا 2015، پرستاران با استفاده از مولاژ وپاورپوینت بصورت عملی اموزش های لازم روتین کارگاهی را به مدت ۸جلسه یک ساعته در طول دو ماه در رابطه با اصول صحیح احیای قلبی ریوی آشنا خواهند شد.
    گروه مداخله 2:این گروه مطابق با برنامه روتین بیمارستانی طی دو کارگاه 3ساعته اموزش احیا از طریق اسلاید وپاورپوینت وفیلم با گاید لاین 2015 احیا توسط دو نفر از پرسنل اموزش دیده بیمارستان اموزش داده شد و به صورت گروهی شروع به تمرین وبه عملیاتی کردن اموخته ها پرداخته اند.

Study aim
Comparison of the efficacy of evidence-based education and routine cardiopulmonary resuscitation workshop on clinical competencies among emergency nurses
Design
This is a two group single blind clinical trial which is based on routine training.
Settings and conduct
The present study was a semi-experimental interventional study on nurses working in Emergency wards of Imam Khomeini hospital in Dehdasht in 1396. After selecting eligible people, the subjects were randomly assigned into two groups. In the first group, evidence-based education program including cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation training and in the second group, only rehabilitation training were given through a routine workshop. The second group didn't receive any training about evidence-based learning
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nurses in Emergency Department of Imam Khomeini Hospital, Dehdasht Hospital with a minimum of 2 years work experience Failure to complete an educational course related to an evidence-based workshop or the like Participating in the CPR Team The willingness to participate in the study and signing the written informed consent of the company in the study. Non Inclusion criteria: Not participating in the CPR team; Participate in evidence-based workshop meetings over one meeting.
Intervention groups
The study is a two-step intervention group based on evidence-based training and routine workshops. Both groups received the same training in their own fields and did not know the contents of the other group.

The randomization of this study has been done using "shuffling sheets" or cards to obtain more reliable results. Description
The intervention group 1: Learning to recover from the cpr by evidence-based learning method. In the first group, evidence-based learning included: two workshops of research methodology for 4 sessions with the contents of an introduction to evidence-based nursing, how to set clinical questions, how to use it Information sources and how articles are criticized. Following the implementation of the evidence-based evidence-based care workshop on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and in line with the latest changes to the 2015 revival of 2015, nurses will be familiarized with evidence-based care and appropriate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. During the two months of each week, we will take an hour to troubleshoot and track the learners' experiences. Two months after the intervention, their clinical competence was assessed using a researcher-made clinical eligibility checklist.
