This study is a clinical trial with control group and placebo, randomized, double-blind, and phase 2-3 on 160 patients. Patients are assigned into 4 groups of 40 by permuted block randomization method.
This study is a clinical trial with placebo, randomized, double-blind, and phase 2-3 on 80 patients. Patients are assigned into 2 groups of 40 by permuted block randomization method.

این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی بالینی دارای گروه کنترل و دارونما، تصادفی شده، دوسویه کور و فاز 2-3 بر روی 160 بیمار است. بیماران به روش تخصیص تصادفی بلوکی متغیر به 4 گروه 40 نفره گروه بندی می شوند.
این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی بالینی دارای دارونما، تصادفی شده، دوسویه کور و فاز 2-3 بر روی 80 بیمار است. بیماران به روش تخصیص تصادفی بلوکی متغیر به 2 گروه 40 نفره گروه بندی می شوند.
این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی بالینی دارای گروه کنترل و دارونما، تصادفی شده، دوسویه کور و فاز 2-3 بر روی 16080 بیمار است. بیماران به روش تخصیص تصادفی بلوکی متغیر به 42 گروه 40 نفره گروه بندی می شوند.
This study will be performed in office of a neonatal specialist. Diagnosis of infantile colic will be according to Rome IV criteria. Infants with parental consent, entry to the study and randomly assigned into 4 groups of 40 people. Blinding will be done for the outcome assessor and data analyzer by placing the allocation code in the envelope and similarity in oil container. All groups receive 5 drops of colic EZ drop in the evening and can increase to 10 drops if needed. All mothers are given a list of nutritional instructions. All parents are asked to fill a checklist daily prepared by the researcher. Variables will be evaluated and compared on days 0 and 7 and 14.

In both groups, abdominal massage with oil is performed 3 times a day for 5 minutes. The duration of the intervention is 2 weeks. In both groups, It is recommended to repeat the massage at the time of the attack . All mothers are given a list of nutritional instructions. All parents are also asked to complete a checklist prepared by the researcher on a daily basis. The variables will be evaluated and compared on days 0, 7 and 14.

این مطالعه در مطب پزشک فوق تخصص نوزادان انجام خواهد شد. تشخیص کولیک شیرخواری بر اساس معیار Rome IV خواهد بود. شیرخواران با رضایت والدین وارد مطالعه شده و به صورت تصادفی به 4 گروه 40 نفره تقسیم می شوند. کورسازی برای ارزیابی کننده پیامد و آنالیز کننده داده از طریق گذاشتن کد تخصیص در پاکت و تشابه در ظرف روغنهای موضعی صورت خواهد گرفت. همه گروهها عصرها 5 قطره از قطره کولیک ایز دریافت می کنند و در صورت نیاز تا 10 قطره قابل افزایش است. به همه مادران لیستی از دستورات تغذیه ای داده می شود. همچنین از همه والدین خواسته می شود که چک لیستی که توسط پژوهشگر تهیه شده را روزانه پر کنند. متغیرها در روزهای صفر، 7 و 14 ارزیابی و مقایسه خواهند شد.

In this study, the grouping method is different. Group 1 is the control group, group 2 receives massage with placebo and group 3 receives massage with the drug. در این مطالعه، نحوه گروه بندی متفاوت است. گروه 1، گروه کنترل است، گروه 2 ماساژ با دارونما و گروه 3 ماساژ با دارو دریافت می کند. گروه 4 علاوه بر ماساژ با دارو، یک مداخله دیگر (داروی خوراکی برای مادر) نیز دریافت می کند. لذا این نحوه گروه بندی با هیچکدام از روشهای مذکور مطابقت ندارد.
